Chief Technical Officer
In order to support its significant growth, RVE is looking for its future CTO.
Reporting directly to the CEO, the Chief Technical Officer leverages his expertise to achieve the company’s innovation potential in all its markets. He is committed to promoting the company’s innovation culture by developing promising projects in transportation electrification and energy efficiency. He oversees development projects and is part of the management team.
- Define the strategy that will lead RVE to become a key player in the electrical grid’s peak shaving management by facilitating the integration of our products into the virtual power plants of electricity distributors
- Play a central role in making RVE the North American reference in Electric Vehicle Energy Management Systems (EVEMS) for residential buildings
- Hire key people to complete the engineering team to support the company’s growth
- Build a commercialization plan for new technologies (3 years horizon)
- Translate the company’s strategic vision into a roadmap
- Optimize the development cycle of new solutions

Marketing and Business Intelligence
Digital Marketing Specialist
Under the supervision of the Marketing and Data Director, the Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies, campaigns and advertisements in order to enhance the brand and the products through the various channels. He/she will be responsible for the performance of the website, of social media, of newsletters and of web advertising campaigns.
- Strengthen our online presence through our various social media platforms
- Optimize the return on investment of our various digital strategies
- Propose initiatives to increase the number of sales and recurring customers
- Provide reliable statistical reports to the management team
- Develop the US market digitally
- Participate in the development of the digital marketing strategy and implement the plan of action
- Transform business objectives into digital marketing strategies, create and communicate marketing objectives and programs to the team
- Work closely with the team to develop social media campaigns and newsletters
- Ensure the production of newsletters (talented in-house editorial team)
- Improve the email database
- Optimize and update the website
- Manage, analyze and follow up on the statistics of the various initiatives
- Create and implement digital campaigns
- Ensure the collection of digital data via web performance measurement tools
- Develop and present campaign reports
- Expand strategic markets with innovative ideas in collaboration with other members of the company to reach new heights!
- Attend and organize various promotional events as needed
- Participate in meetings with Canadian distributors and create joint campaigns

- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years of experience in digital marketing, including 2 years in a similar position
- Excellent written and oral French language skills
- Good knowledge of the English language, both written and oral

Human Resources
Human Resources and Organizational Development Consultant
In order to support its significant growth, RVE is looking for its future Human Resources and Organizational Development Consultant.
Reporting directly to the Operations Director, the HR & OD Consultant plays a central role in managing change in a context of rapid growth as well as internal communications. He will use his expertise to take charge of all activities related to human resources management, including skills development, performance management, staffing, occupational health and safety, compensation and benefits, as well as the administrative management of operational HR processes.
- Develop and implement a skills map for each position
- Enhance and deploy the employer brand to attract talent
- Implement initiatives related to employee health and well-being
- Provide support and coaching to managers in the management and mobilization of their team
- Participate in the implementation and coordination of the occupational health and safety committee
- Play an active role in promoting the circulation of information within the company (review communication structures and tools)
- Coordinate the recruitment process with external talent search firms
- Propose and implement continuous improvement projects for HR and other operational services
- A well-established HR structure and tools: organization chart, job profiles and workforce planning tool, recruitment tools and onboarding process, employee handbook, contribution evaluation process, salary structure and policy
